The Conceptual Design is your first design step after selecting a plot to build on.
During the concept design stage, we will clarify your requirements and, using our knowledge of the local market and regulations, design a facility which meets your needs and requirements while being cost effective and in compliance with Chinese rules and regulations. Of course this happens in close communication with you.
The result is a conceptual design book, in which you will find:
