Conceptual Design & Engineering and Budgeting:

CND and its core management have offered to their Clients comprehensive and State of the Art Conceptual Design. This usually starts with joint Design Kick Off Meetings, followed by an around 100 pages thick Design Booklet which includes layout drawings, basic structural designs, elevation drawings, architectural drawings up to detailed schematics of all mechanical and electrical trades. It also includes detailed engineering specifications. With its in-house engineering and budgeting team with experts of all trades CND is capable to develop state of the art engineering solutions based on Client’s needs, including energy saving solutions, process utility design, etc.. CND’s level of detailing can be such that at this stage a detailed budget according to German standards and German style BOQ with hundreds of line items can be provided with +/- 10 % accuracy.
